Certified TEC AIR TN, Inc. Receives Registration from PJR, Inc.

After an extensive audit of its quality systems, TEC AIR TN, Inc. of Lewisburg, TN announced today that it has been recommended for Registration to QS9000, 3^rd Edition and to ISO 9002, 1994 Edition by Perry Johnson Registrars. Rickey McGear, President of TEC AIR TN, Inc., stated: "PJR conducted a thorough and probing audit of every aspect of our operation – from management responsibility to shipping and receiving." "We feel proud that only four months after beginning production we were able to achieve Registration to both QS9000 and ISO9002." "We received a lot of help and support from our parent company, TEC AIR, Inc. of Willow Springs, IL, in preparation for the audit" continued McGear. The scope of our registration is to "Manufacture engineered air movement, kinematic, structural and aesthetic components and systems for the automotive and appliance industries."

TEC AIR TN, Inc. is housed in a new 63,000 sq ft injection molding facility in Lewisburg, TN - 50 miles south of Nashville, TN. TEC AIR TN, Inc. manufactures kinematics, links, levers, and doors for the automotive climate control industry and precision structural parts for the automotive shock and strut industry.
