COMPUTERIZED RAPID TOOLING TECHNOLOGY HELPS TEC AIR SERVE CAPTURE PLASTIC HVAC BLOWER MARKET.

WILLOW SPRINGS, IL. - " Recent product launches of plastic motorized blower assemblies through computerized rapid tooling technology has helped TEC AIR gain significant market share in HVAC applications", stated Rick Swin, President, " We have defined a niche that is are expanding based on our customers and prospective customers wish lists when it comes to plastic blowers".

" Rapid response to design improvements and the ability to incorporate those changes immediately to the part via our multi-million dollar computerized Rapid Tooling System has enabled us to go ahead of the pack". Swin also stated.

" From a marketing and sales standpoint our new Rapid tooling system is a dream come true. I can field a new plastic blower package design in half the time and half the cost of my competitors. When a customer wants to make a change it takes virtually no time at all to implement and in most cases it is a no cost to change service for our customer." ,commented Archie Eschborn , National Sales Manager.

" We can look at a market segment see what's out there, take that information to our Technology Center and let our design engineers come up with a superior product. Those engineers will incorporate the criteria that my department passes on such as lower cost, better quality and specific performance goals that the market requires versus what is currently used."
